The size Small is the same as the Small Light Bangles, approximately 2-7/8" diameter. Fits over most average american female hands.
These were created, as Brian found how profound they are to use, in a pair, on the body. When the Expansive Light energy first came in, Brian had to integrate this new energy before he could put it into all of the tools. So he made a pair of these to work with for a month, until he had integrated this new expansive light, enough to anchor into all of the tools!
The profound part of these Bangles comes when you use two together, one stacked on top of another, to amplify the field. Place these two (or just a single) anywhere on the body that you are drawn to. Do this while laying down at night, while in the Heart Space, and you should be able to feel the physical and energetic shifts in the body!
