Cut to the 222 millimeter sacred measure, these heavy-duty Rings can slip over a small hand, but are best held in the hand rather than worn. One Ring is effective on its own, while a pair creates a third field between them. Any of these fields request All That You Are to be present, including the Golden Healer aspect of you.

Hold one Ring in each hand, or use a single Ring and your other hand to create the field. Take a breath, soften, and allow the light of the soul to flow through. It is that simple! Your light knows your intention, so no need to direct the light or tell it what to do!

With the Rings, you can hold this field anywhere on the body.  If unable to hold the Rings on the spot, simply imagine (intend) where you wish to place the field. 
The Healing Hands can also be used with life situations, reoccurring thoughts, beliefs and patterns, emotional distress, dense or stuck energies within the body, and anything else you can imagine in your world. 

Use it with everything.  Except other people.  Leave them alone, unless they ask!  Compassion is allowing them their path and journey.  But you can still hold a light for them, without agenda or desired outcome.  Simply a light from which they can better see.
