I put these two heavy copper rings, original size, in my hands and held them on either side of my knee. Releasing began immediately. This knee has received a lot of attention from energy workers and prayer healers over the years, but some energy was definitely stuck there. My release is a not-very-ladylike little burp, so very noticeable. I rotated the rings around both knees and the releasing continued. Then I worked on other areas of my body where I'd had injuries.
