Our Return Policy
We guarantee the energetic quality of our tools; however, Twistedsage Studios has a No Return policy.

Electroplated Tools
Electroplating itself cannot be guaranteed for life. We will re-plate your Key Pendant, Wings of Tok, or Wings of Tok Pendant free of charge. You are responsible only for shipping.

Resin-Based Tools
Resin-based tools are not covered by the lifetime guarantee. The welds on these tools are covered.
