Your Twistedsage Studios tools come with a lifetime guarantee on the physical quality and craftsmanship. We also guarantee the energetic quality of the tools, but have a "No Return" policy.
*We cannot guarantee electroplating for life, though we will re-plate your Key Pendant, Wings of Tok, or Wings of Tok Pendant, free of charge. You only pay for shipping. 
*We do not carry a guarantee on any of the resin-based tools, rather only on the welds of the tools.
