• Single or Pair: Hold one ring in each hand, or hold a single ring and use your other hand to complete the field.

• Settle & Allow: Take a breath, soften, and allow your Soul’s Light to flow. No need to direct or “tell it what to do”—your Light already knows.

• On-body or by awareness: Place/hold the field anywhere on the body. If you can’t physically reach, simply intend where the field lands.

• Work with anything in your world: life situations, recurring thoughts, beliefs/patterns, emotional intensity, or dense/stuck sensations in the body.

With others: Use only by request/permission. Compassion means allowing their path. You can always hold a light for someone—without agenda or desired outcome—so they can see more clearly if they choose.
