I put it around my neck right out of the box. I’m amazed at how clean and fresh the air is when I breathe within the halo. I also have a hard time sleeping. I bought this Halo for our autistic teenage family member, who already wears a Nothing Space Fidget, and a set of silver Alchemist rings day and night. She doesn't feel that she can manage without their benefits. So, I ordered her a Halo. She loved how that helped her too, (and how it looks on her head). It became a constant must wear upon waking each day. The Halo felt very calming for her. Sadly, it has disappeared, after only a few weeks. The other tool that helps her is my huge hula hoop sized golden fire ring (which lives at the head of my bed). I give her aura showers, which she finds very calming. I can't imagine being without our wonderful Twisted Sage tools. They are life changing for us. We feel so much gratitude!
The Harmonizer feels very strong and sturdy and gives off a mildly perceptible energy. I decided to hang it in my Greenhouse a couple days after receiving it. My greenhouse is on the north part of my gardens, so I'm hoping to observe results throughout the garden yard. So far it makes me smile whenever I look at it hanging there. I'm watching for whatever results it may bring to the plants.
